After sleeping in, indulge in a delicious brunch served every day from 8 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm on Saturday, and 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday. The Barista Lab offers an exceptional brunch with original variations of pancakes and many other tasty dishes.

At The Barista Lab, we offer healthy meals, as well as homemade pastries. Sweet or savory, veggies, vegan, gluten-free …the choice is yours. Every product we use is provided by specialized local suppliers. We prefer seasonal products and GRTA (Genève Region – Terre Avenir) to offer fresh and varied cuisine. In addition, our bread is made by our own artisan baker. All of our takeaway meals and drinks will be served in naturesse® packaging, 100% biodegradable, because we care about our beautiful planet.

The Barista Lab, above all, it’s ethical coffee with unique and authentic flavors, provided directly from a fair trade producer without intermediaries.
Before being Savored in Huskee cups – made from recycled shells of coffee beans – every transformed into a true masterpiece by our baristi.

At The Barista Lab, your children will be spoiled!
Children under two will be offered a delicious mash of fresh vegetables.
And once their hunger is satisfied, they can enjoy books and fun games that will be available for their greatest joy.

When the weather is nice and the sun is shining, enjoy your brunch on our two beautiful terraces, or in our spacious and cozy interior. Join us in a timeless place for a delightful moment of sharing and relaxation. Reservations are strongly recommended.
